More About Your RoleThis is a varied and interesting role, as Duty Manager you will wear many hats! You will manage, recruit and train staff, deal with customer concerns, drive up memberships, prepare reports and attend meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and will need to be a motivated individual who takes responsibility to lead a team and ensure the efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre.

Previous experience in a supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility is desirable. As a Duty Manager you will become one of our registered first aiders, and first aid experience will set you apart from other candidates. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
