Reward & Benefits Manager
We're looking for a Reward & Benefits Manager to join our team, based in Walsall 3 days a week. You'll lead the R & B strategy for Poundland & Dealz, ensuring we follow the correct process for tasks such as pay review, benchmarking, gender pay and reward initiatives. With a team of 4 to lead, you'll oversee pensions, insurances, fleet, flexible benefits, bonuses and travel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an innovative approach to colleague benefits, including flexible benefits, salary sacrifice and recognition programmes with appropriate policies and governance.
- Manage the complete benefits package, including relationships with third parties such as colleague discount, PMI and fleet.
- Lead and manage the annual performance and pay review end‑to‑end process, including the annual STIP bonus process, Loyal Service Award and colleague recognition initiatives.
- Manage the P11D software and reporting.
- Lead salary banding/framework processes and living wage/NMW audits, ensuring the correct job evaluation process across the business.
- Manage the company car fleet with fleet provider, ensuring end‑to‑end processes and governance.
- Complete annual reporting including Gender Pay Gap reporting, salary surveys, statutory reporting and ad‑hoc reporting such as board papers.
- Monitor and evaluate trends and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Experience in a Reward & Benefits environment with a broad knowledge of reward packages, HMRC regulations and pensions.
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience leading, coaching a team and managing 3rd parties.
- Flexible approach, able to lead on strategy and support administration tasks.
