Mechanical Contracts Manager

A well established, reputable medium sized Electrical contractor with a strong, loyal client base and a consistent pipeline of secured work across the UK. Due to increasing demand from longstanding clients, the business is now expanding its service offering and is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Mechanical to lead the launch of a brand new Mechanical division.

This is a superb career opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager or Operations Manager within the Mechanical sector, with a strong presence and contacts, who is ready to take that next step, shaping, growing, and leading their own department within an already successful organisation.

The Role

* Lead the creation and development of the new Mechanical division

* Manage mechanical projects from inception to completion across the UK

* Build and mentor a dedicated mechanical team as the division grows

* Work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and operations

* Ensure high standards of delivery, client care, safety, and compliance

* Support integration of Mechanical & Electrical services for existing clients

About You

* Strong background in mechanical building services

* Proven experience as a Contracts or Operational Manager

* Commercially minded, confident leading projects and winning work

* Ambitious, proactive, and excited by the chance to build something new

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
