Mobile Plant Fitter

A dynamic and growing operations team is looking for a Mobile Plant Fitter to take responsibility for the repair, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of plant equipment. You will be based in Walsall, but will work independently across multiple sites (nationwide), delivering an efficient and customer-focused service.

• Servicing and repairing plant equipment on-site and in the workshop
• Attending breakdowns and completing scheduled maintenance
• Maintaining accurate records of work, parts used, and time spent
• Managing van stock and raising purchase requests as needed
• Liaising directly with customers and ensuring clear communication throughout
• Supporting depot operations and maintain excellent health & safety standards

• Experience as a Plant Fitter/Engineer (essential)
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Desirable: NVQ or City & Guilds in plant maintenance, CSCS card, forklift licence
