Overview

Real Estate Development Solicitors – Associate (2-4 PQE) | Senior Associate (5-8 PQE) – Birmingham or London.

A highly regarded real estate development practice is looking to appoint both an Associate (2-4 PQE) and a Senior Associate (5-8 PQE) to support continued growth.

Responsibilities

Site acquisitions, conditional contracts, options and overage agreements
Development agreements and joint venture support
Title due diligence, planning and section 106 matters
Regeneration, care and mixed-use development projects

The team is well established, partner-led and known for the quality and scale of its work, offering excellent client contact, responsibility and long-term progression.

Qualifications

Candidates should have solid experience in residential development and enjoy working closely with clients on complex transactions. Experience in affordable housing or registered provider work is advantageous but not essential.
