Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing marketing agency in Birmingham for an ambitious SEO Executive to join their close-knit team.

You’ll support and implement SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, working closely with the SEO Manager and wider content and web teams. This is a hands‑on role offering real responsibility, exposure to strategy, and clear progression opportunities as your skills develop.

• Implement on-page, technical, and content‑led SEO strategies
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and web production teams
• Manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Support client relationships and performance growth
• GA, tracking, tagging, and data analysis
• Local SEO and reputation management

• Passionate about SEO and digital marketing
• Naturally curious and keen to understand why things work
• Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable owning your work
• Motivated by results and continuous learning

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics
