Salary : £55,000 – £60,000
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on making an impact? This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business at a pivotal point in its journey. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and innovation to a growing organisation.
What’s the role?You’ll partner closely with the local leadership team while collaborating with a wider group HR function to deliver a people strategy that supports growth and transformation. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape processes, implement systems, and introduce data‑driven decision‑making.
Key priorities include :- Designing and embedding HR processes that enable scalability and efficiency.
- Leading the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Introducing HR metrics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding for key roles.
- Coaching managers and handling complex employee relations matters.
- Driving cultural alignment and supporting change initiatives.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Track record of implementing HR systems and building processes from the ground up.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
