About The Role
We are seeking full time Waking night Support Workers to join our team in Walsall.
- Position: Support Worker
- Location: Walsall
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Nights
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Role- To provide support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
- Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
- To facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice.
- General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties as well as elements of personal care.
As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents.

Bluebell House is a brand new 6 bedded children’s home in Walsall, which provides support for children with a learning disability and/ or physical disability.
The home has a multitude of breakout spaces, including 2 activity rooms, a sensory room and two lounge spaces for if the children choose to have time alone. All bedrooms have en-suits and bedrooms will be personalised and decorated with the children’s voice being the centre on these decisions, upon admission.
Our aim is to ensure the children we will support will have their voice heard and acted upon, to enable them to live their best potential and outcomes.
