The Role

We are currently recruiting Children’s Complex Care Workers to join our dedicated team. You will provide one-to-one care and support to children with complex health needs, enabling them to live safely and comfortably at home while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality, child-centred complex care in line with individual care plans

* Support children with complex medical needs

* Provide personal care and emotional support

* Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour

* Work collaboratively with families, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams

* Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding policies

What We’re Looking For

* Experience working with children or in complex care (preferred but not essential)

* A caring, patient, and reliable approach

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently in a home-care setting

* Commitment to providing safe, compassionate care

* Full UK driving licence preferred (depending on location)
