- Contract: 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts: 09:00–16:00, 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, 22:00–07:00 (Waking Night)
- Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required for use of company vehicles

Whether you are an experienced Care Team Leader
, a Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, or a passionate Care Assistant ready to progress, we will support your next step.
You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure high-quality, person‑centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training
- Medication and finance audits
- Health and safety monitoring
- Building strong relationships with families and professionals
