💷 Salary: £45,000 – £51,500 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)



Working Hours:

40 hours per week (to meet the needs of the service)

🎓 Qualifications

Required:

  • NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent / willingness to achieve)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home
  • Experience supervising and managing staff in a care role
  • Knowledge of legislation including Children’s Regulations, The Quality Standards, Every Child Matters

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager who can lead all aspects of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are met.

You will:

  • ✨ Oversee day-to-day running of the home efficiently
  • ✨ Ensure safe, high-quality, child-centred care
  • ✨ Lead and support the staff team
  • ✨ Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and inspections
  • ✨ Drive positive outcomes for children

A Full UK Driving Licence and own transport would be advantageous.
