The Faculty of Education Health and Wellbeing has a vacancy for a faculty Enterprise and Finance Administrator, providing an effective and efficient service in the day-to-day financial administration requirements for the faculty.
You will be educated to A level or equivalent, be proficient in the use of office technology including work processing, databases, spreadsheets.
You will have demonstrable office and administrative experience and have the ability to develop and maintain systems for the recording and monitoring of financial information.
You should have extensive experience in the use of spreadsheets and financial experience in purchasing and invoicing, with knowledge of electronic finance systems e.g. ABW.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating this daily and providing an excellent and professional standard of customer service.
You will have a proactive and professional approach and be able to demonstrate good organisational capabilities, being able to work effectively within a team and by using your own initiative.
