As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting and challenging the business to deliver its strategic objectives. You will work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, providing insight that drives better decision-making and improves financial performance.

Your work will include delivering insightful reporting, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing to strategic discussions that shape the company’s direction. This is a hands-on, visible role that offers the chance to influence outcomes and add real value.

• Partner with non-finance teams to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, and make recommendations to enhance results.
• Produce and improve management information and performance reporting.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insight for senior leadership.
• Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Ideally from a fast-moving, product-based sector such as FMCG, Retail, or Distribution.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Energetic, adaptable, and confident working in a dynamic, changing environment.
