Location : Flexible (Remote / hybrid)
Salary : Up to £60,000, 4 day week + excellent benefits
Seeking an experienced, senior level local authority finance specialist with a passion for providing insights, technical guidance and training.
OverviewWorking for a leading finance institute, you will provide financial insights to members (local authorities), answer technical queries, and deliver tailored communications and training.
A typical week- Engagement with members
- Respond to detailed technical enquiries
- Research, collate & deliver insights, training & events
- Liaise with stakeholders on legislation changes
- 3 years senior local authority finance experience
- Knowledge of the Local Authority Accounting Code of Practice
- Experience delivering training / insights
- CIPFA or equivalent qualified (desirable)
