🪨 Graduate Engineering Geologist - West Midlands

We are recruiting a Graduate Engineering Geologist to join a leading geotechnical and environmental consultancy in the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a background in Geology or Civil Engineering to kick‑start their career in ground engineering, with plenty of hands‑on site experience and structured professional development.

As a Graduate Engineering Geologist, you'll be involved in:

• Supporting site investigations, including soil and rock logging, sampling, and in‑situ testing
• Assisting with geotechnical and geo‑environmental assessments for infrastructure and construction projects
• Preparing factual reports and contributing to technical analysis
• Travelling to sites across the West Midlands and occasionally further afield
• Working closely with senior engineers and geologists to develop your skills and knowledge

We're looking for graduates who have:

• A degree in Geology or Civil Engineering (or closely related discipline)
• A keen interest in geotechnical engineering and site investigation
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
