We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join a small, high‑performing engineering team delivering commercial HVAC services across major UK distribution and warehouse facilities primarily within the facilities of global ecommerce business.

This is a hands‑on senior role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys responsibility, problem‑solving, and working across a wide variety of commercial environments. You will act as the senior member of a three‑engineer team, providing technical leadership while remaining fully operational on the tools.ของ>

• Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems
• Fault finding and diagnosis on HVAC and associated mechanical systems
• Carry out minor mechanical works as required
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas, Gas Safe and H&S standards
• Support and mentor junior engineers within the team
• Liaise professionally with site contacts and management teams
• Travel nationwide to attend warehouse and distribution centre sites
