A household name brand Manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a fantastic Engineering Team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Maintenance engineer with a track record of high level task performance, team support and implementing improvements.

• Lead and mentor an engineering team
• Supervise and support with PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability
• Lead small to medium sized engineering projects
• Maintain accurate record of engineering activity
• Ensure optimum levels of stocks are maintained
• Act as a CMMS Superuser for the team

• Full Maintenance Engineering apprenticeship
• Industrial Engineering Background
• Track record of experience with supporting teams and developing staff
• Qualified up to HNC level
• Strong skills both mechanically and electrically
