Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism?

• Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
• Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
• Support communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
• Implement strategies from EHCP targets
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Encourage independence and confidence

• Experience supporting children with ASD in a school setting
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour support
• Calm, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) desirable

Long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent role.

No day-to-day supply - full-time consistency in one school.
