Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism?

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged pupil with Autism, helping them thrive both academically and socially in a nurturing school environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
Support communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
Implement strategies from EHCP targets
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Encourage independence and confidence

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with ASD in a school setting
Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour support
Calm, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) desirable
