About the Role

Empowering Learning is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Walsall to recruit a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher for September 2025 to work within a year 6 class. This is a full-time, ongoing role offering the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with shared planning across the year group.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience within UK primary education
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly in UKS2
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-being
Be reflective, enthusiastic, and open to continuous professional growth
Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
