Smile Education is recruiting two experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a Primary School Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) in Walsall.
This is a long-term, full-time role, starting after February half-term, supporting pupils with complex additional needs in a structured SEN hub environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs
- Working 1 : 1 and in small groups within the SRP
- Assisting with EHCP targets and behaviour support plans
- Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Working closely with teachers, SENCo, and support staff
- Previous SEN experience essential
- Experience in an SRP, SEN hub, or specialist setting preferred
- Confident, calm, and resilient approach
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Ability to work full-time on a long-term basis
