Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Health and Social Care Lecturer to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to students across a range of levels. The successful candidate will inspire learners, support their academic progress, and contribute to curriculum development within the department.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Health and Social Care subjects.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
• Develop and update teaching materials and schemes of work.
• Support students with academic and pastoral guidance.
• Contribute to course development and quality assurance processes.
• Stay current with industry developments and integrate relevant content into teaching.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student success and inclusive education.
