KS1 Teaching Assistant - Aston

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting classroom learning and helping deliver engaging KS1 lessons.
• Assisting pupils individually or in small groups with their learning and development.
• Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
• Supporting teachers with administrative tasks, resources, and classroom organisation.

• Experience working with children in KS1 or similar educational settings.
• Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning - or anything relevant.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive in supporting pupils' needs.
• Ability to motivate and inspire children to achieve their best.

• Excellent rates of pay on PAYE.

• Support with any interviews and lesson observations.
