Office Manager

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking an experienced school Office Manager for a well-established primary school in Birmingham (B19), West Midlands. This is a long‑term role within a supportive school community.

This primary school‑based Office Manager job is offered on a full‑time, interim basis to start from January 2026. If you are available from January 2026 and seeking a new education‑based office support role we would be keen to speak with you. The role is initially offered full time, Monday to Friday with working hours of 8.30 to 4.30pm. A part‑time working pattern may be considered.

You will have the opportunity to apply on a permanent basis after a period of time.

• A relevant UK‑based qualification.
• Substantial experience working within a primary education setting.
• All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
• Exceptional references.
