History Teacher

Overview

History Teacher – part‑time, Tuesdays – Thursdays, South Birmingham. The role begins January 2026 and runs to the end of the academic year. Pay £180‑£230 daily, dependent on experience.

• Plan and deliver engaging History lessons across KS3, KS4, tailored to small groups and individual needs.
• Differentiate teaching to support students with social, emotional, and special educational needs (SEN).
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom that promotes confidence, curiosity, and positive behaviour.
• Use creative and practical approaches to make History meaningful and enjoyable.
• Assess, mark, and provide regular feedback to track and improve student progress.

• Previous experience working in education is essential.
