• Deliver tailored, high-quality lessons to students with Special Educational Needs
• Create and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs) to support students' progress
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive
• Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for supporting students with additional needs to reach their full potential
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with a variety of learning styles
