- Work with children who are non‑verbal or pre‑verbal, using visuals, gestures, modelling and structured routines.
- Support pupils working at EYFS developmental levels, adapting activities to suit their learning profiles.
- Implement EHCP targets, contributing to progress tracking and consistent support.
- Assist children with sensory regulation, emotional needs and positive engagement.

- Confident using visual strategies and play‑based communication.
- Passionate about helping children develop independence, confidence and communication skills.
- A team player with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, Early Years, Childcare, SEND) are beneficial.
- Full‑time, consistent work in a well‑supported school environment.
- Access to free CPD, including Behaviour Support, Autism Awareness, Communication Strategies and more.
- Weekly pay through our reliable, easy‑to‑use system.
