Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and approachable Careers Advisor to support individuals in Balsall Heath with their next steps in education, training, and employment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys empowering others and helping them build confidence in their future pathways.

• Delivering one‑to‑one careers guidance and employability support
• Assisting with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and career planning
• Running group workshops and employability sessions
• Building strong links with local employers, training providers, and community organisations
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress

• Experience in careers guidance, employability, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A supportive, motivating approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
• Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to start ASAP
