Aspire People is excited to recruit a passionate and dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher for a fantastic opportunity in the B17 area, starting in January 2026. This is a chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with additional learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Deliver tailored lessons to students with a range of Special Educational Needs
• Design and implement individual learning plans (ILPs) to support student development
• Create a nurturing, positive, and engaging classroom environment
• Work closely with a collaborative team of teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet their specific needs

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in teaching students with Special Educational Needs
• Ability to differentiate lessons and create accessible learning opportunities for all students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for helping students reach their potential, regardless of their challenges

• Competitive pay rate between £162 and £232 per day, depending on experience
