Lunchtime Supervisor

County Bridge Primary School
1 ¼ hours per day, Monday to Friday, term time only
Grade 1, SCP 02, £12.65 per hour (annual salary £3,456.01)

• Relate well with children of all ages
• Act as a role model, treating children with fairness and respect while assertively implementing the school’s rules and Behaviour Policy
• Be aware of Child Safeguarding, Health and Safety issues and recognise incidents of racism and bullying in line with the School’s policies
• Assist children in the canteen to choose and eat a healthy lunch, encouraging good manners and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Work as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances
• Administer simple First Aid (for grazed knees etc.) and support distressed or sick children

• Experience working with children and a positive, supportive attitude
• Good communication, organisation and the ability to work flexibly during term time
• Knowledge or experience of safeguarding and first aid desirable

• A friendly, welcoming and supportive staff team
• Well-behaved, confident and enthusiastic children who enjoy school and are ready for learning
• Training support to improve your skills further
• Supportive Governors and Parents
