We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary SEN school in Walsall. The school provides specialist education for children with Autism, ADHD, and a range of learning needs, creating a nurturing and structured environment where every child can thrive.

In this role, you will work closely with class teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored learning support, helping pupils to develop their academic, social, and emotional skills. You will play a key role in promoting independence, positive behaviour, and inclusion within the classroom.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties (school-based experience preferred)

* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children with additional needs

* The ability to adapt activities and resources to meet individual learning styles

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN

* A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable

* Up-to-date Safeguarding and First Aid training (or willingness to complete)
