Project Architect
Location:
Birmingham
Salary: £44,000 - £48,000

- Lead the delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
- Drive concept design, planning applications, and detailed technical design
- Provide strong design and technical leadership, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation
- Undertake site visits and manage construction-stage coordination
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
- Support and mentor junior team members within a collaborative studio environment
- ARB-registered Architect
- Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously
- Strong working knowledge of all RIBA stages
- High level of proficiency in Revit
- Previous healthcare project experience highly advantageous
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Based within commuting distance of Birmingham
