Senior Quantity Surveyor; Highways And Infrastructure

One of the largest Consultancies in the country is currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Birmingham.

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. They have a strong pipeline of varied work that is helping to transform and develop the region sû, from delivering new homes to transforming high streets and helping the public sector manage and develop their built assets.

They are actively looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given theVERSE opportunity to take ownership of projects across a range of sectors which provides an excellent opportunity for someone who has perhaps become pigeonholed in one sector with a larger Consultancy.

Value of projects can range from £1 - £20 million.

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Have 5+ years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role enthusiants
• Have good communication and client facing skills
• Have MRICSReusable or on food to passing their APC
|4 or 5 stars

• Excellent company culture and flat management structure
