Our client is seeking a talented Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding Building Consultancy team based in Birmingham. • Dilapidations
• Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
• Contract Administration
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

• Construction / Development Monitoring
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA)
• Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters

• MRICS-qualified (or equivalent) with a solid foundation in Building Surveying
• Organised, diligent, and detail-oriented, with a structured and methodical approach
• Experienced across a range of commercial consultancy services
• A confident communicator and negotiator, with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-driven mindset
