Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Package
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
Requirements- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- 3 Day First Aid
- Design and build experience
- Capable of running projects in the price range of £50k - £5 Million
- Client-facing with a personable, modern, and consultative approach
- Commercial, Healthcare and Educational Fit out and refurbishment Experience
- Ability to manage between 3-6 projects at a time depending on job size
- Design and Build experience
- Oversee design coordination and pre-construction planning
- Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
- Update and check against the construction Programme
- Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team
