• Lead day-to-day shift operations in support of the Service Manager
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to the team
• Lead by example and share best practice
• Ensure children achieve their goals and aspirations
• Work across a variety of shifts on a rota basis

• Qualifications
  
  Required:
  
  NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  Experience supporting children with learning disabilities
• Employment Type:

• Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
