Registered Manager

Registered Manager
position places you at the centre of a trauma-informed, relationship-led service. You will lead a committed team, set clear standards, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can develop resilience, stability, and life skills. The role balances regulatory accountability with meaningful leadership and long-term impact.

• Salary £50,000–£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will be joining a specialist residential childcare provider delivering trauma-informed care within Ofsted-regulated homes. The organisation is values-led, people-focused, and committed to creating stable, supportive environments for both young people and staff.

• Lead and manage the children’s home in line with Ofsted regulations and internal quality standards.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding practice at all times.
• Develop, supervise, and retain a skilled multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain oversight of operational performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete.
• At least two years’ experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care.
• Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and Ofsted frameworks.
