Apprenticeship Programmes are a great way to earn and learn! Our Apprentice Project Manager Programme offers the perfect blend of personal and professional development, exposing you to the core of our business. You'll be supported every step of the way. Your role will be to gain practical experience in a few teams developing your knowledge and understanding of Severn Trent and the processes.

All of this will allow you to further develop your skills so you can communicate data effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders. Furthermore, you'll spend time with our Project Management team, assisting and running the delivery of multi-million-pound programmes of work across rivers and wastewater treatment works. You'll liaise with other teams, working collaboratively to deliver projects that impact the wider business.

You will expand your knowledge of:

• Managing the project lifecycle in full, from design to delivery.
• Managing and report on projects for time, cost, and quality.
• The promotion and handover of projects.
• Working collaboratively in a mixed role team, developing your skills, and learning consistently from others, to deliver projects from start to finish.

Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months (not including EPA period)

Starting Salary: £22,500

Entry Criteria: For this Apprenticeship Programme (Level 4 Foundation Degree) we require all candidates to have Level 3 qualifications (A-Levels, BTEC National, NVQ/SVQ Level 3, Level 3 advanced apprenticeship). Please confirm that you do/will meet this requirement.
