Job Overview

Office Administrator

This role is based at Bescot Hall, a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art school in Walsall catering primarily for children with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and also for children with autism who have moderate speech and learning needs. The school provides education for up to 72 children aged 8 to 16.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the office, including meeting and diary management and supporting the Head Teacher.
  • Handle HR administration, payroll, and attendance records.
  • Run the reception and maintain accurate files.
  • Set up processes and systems to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Ideally experience managing a team of administrators.
  • High degree of computer literacy.
