We are seeking a person to help us cultivate a relationship with our clients, our team and the environments we manage.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with a portfolio of clients.
* Be prime on communication and vision for residential landscapes.
* Foster lasting relationships with our clients and properties
* Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance your portfolio.
* Understand and facilitate execution of your ideas in the field.
* Work with a team of experts in the office and in the field.
* Contribute to the team to improve process, product and results.
* Use and master industry software.

Requirements:
* A passion for and knowledge of horticulture, design and landscape management
* Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication
* Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, and articulate their value to your clients
* Acumen for taking an idea from concept to execution.
* 4+ years field experience working with customers in a landscape construction or garden design capacity.
* A degree in a related field preferred, MCLP and MCH certifications are a plus.
* Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
