Responsibilities:

• Serve guests and create a positive first and last impression.
• Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Work hard while having a great time doing it.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to making a positive impact and displaying a friendly attitude.

Compensation: Applebee’s® Server’s start at $6.75 per hour PLUS tips. We offer competitive wages, Daily Pay*, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a great career path. (Daily Pay is not available in California.)

Physical Standards:

• Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates and other service items to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.

Daily Pay is exempt from such in California.
