Compensation & BenefitsPay: $22.00 / hr.
Hours: 40 hrs/week (2nd shift).
Length: Contract with high potential to convert.
Responsibilities- Safe handling of materials throughout our production process.
- Various kitting and packing operations of assays.
- Kit and package products while sitting/standing/perching on a kitting line.
- Identify components based on the Bill of Materials.
- Perform in-process checks to ensure accuracy of work.
- Complete production on time using a build schedule to prioritize workload.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Test products using computerized test equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Dependable work history.

Job Requirements RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in kitting, packaging, or light assembly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow prints, kit drawings, work instructions, and other documentation relevant to production.
- Good basic computer skills.
- Able to read, write, and understand English for the purpose of following verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to use other miscellaneous production equipment and fixtures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to produce quality products promptly.
- Upon offer, subject to background check and drug screen.
- Compliance with federal law: verify identity and eligibility to work in the U.S. and complete I-9 upon hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, push, and pull for all or part of a shift.
