We are seeking Horticultural Leaders to join our Fine Gardening Team Responsibilities- Ensure Crew members understand and follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
- Act as a resource and liaison to our clients while at the job site.
- Provide on-the-job training to new and current Crew Members and Crew Leaders in Training.
- Coordinate all work activities at the job site with respect to timeframe, safety, and skills and capabilities of individual Crew Members
- Monitor the quality of all work performed by the crew and provide guidance and correction, as necessary.
- Horticulture Degree or Certificate (or related field)
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2+ years prior fine gardening experience required
- MCLP, MCH, MCA, or Master Gardener Certificate preferred
