• Ensure Crew members understand and follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Act as a resource and liaison to our clients while at the job site.
• Provide on-the-job training to new and current Crew Members and Crew Leaders in Training.
• Coordinate all work activities at the job site with respect to timeframe, safety, and skills and capabilities of individual Crew Members
• Monitor the quality of all work performed by the crew and provide guidance and correction, as necessary.

• Horticulture Degree or Certificate (or related field)
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2+ years prior fine gardening experience required
• MCLP, MCH, MCA, or Master Gardener Certificate preferred
