We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager with a strong background in financial analysis, automation, and cross‑functional leadership. This role is ideal for a forward‑thinking professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at process improvement, and can partner effectively with senior leaders across Finance and Sales.

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for GPO Group Purchasing Organizations agreements, ensuring accurate pricing governance, financial reporting integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide high‑quality financial data and insights to both internal and external stakeholders, resolving escalations and strengthening long‑term customer relationships.
• Support RFP responses, pricing strategy development, and customer negotiations through rapid, accurate data delivery.
• Owner of pricing initiatives across the 3 business lines, including maintenance of databases to implement price increases for large customers, optimization of price lists to drive revenue.

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑functional team with a focus on workflow clarity, productivity, and career growth.
• Partner with several Finance and Sales leaders to deliver ad hoc analyses, reporting packages, and strategic insights.

• Drive automation initiatives using tools such as QLIK, Win Shuttle, and KNIME to reduce manual work and accelerate turnaround times.
• Build and enhance automated reporting solutions and scalable financial processes.
• Implement standardized processes and communication protocols to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and data accuracy.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting while maintaining a strong control environment.

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in financial reporting or data‑driven analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in data automation, reporting tools, and large‑volume data management.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, decision‑making, and coaching team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a mindset for process improvement and automation.
• Strong communication abilities and the confidence to partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., QLIK, Win Shuttle, KNIME) preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $131,910 - $181,379. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
