Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction operations across multiple residential and commercial landscape projects
- Lead, mentor, and support project managers, foremen, and field crews
- Develop and implement operational processes, scheduling systems, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project budgets, job costs, timelines, and production performance
- Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company quality control procedures
- Coordinate communication between project management, field teams, and leadership
- Analyze workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, design specifications, and construction standards
- Proven experience managing construction or landscape operations
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, hardscape installation, site work, and field operations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and competing priorities
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and operational planning skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and operational excellence
