Role Description

The Business Development Representative's responsibilities include identifying new leads, developing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting P-DUKE’s power solutions. The representative will conduct market research, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate across teams to achieve sales and business development goals. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively to prospective clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of creating and qualifying leads.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development techniques, including building relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with power conversion products or experience in a related industry is a plus.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in CRM platforms and business software tools.
