Task Associate

Ulta Beauty is a vibrant, energy‑driven retail environment that focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Task Associate supports sales and operational excellence by ensuring merchandise visibility, maintaining store cleanliness, and following company processes.

• Contribute to store retail goals by completing all tasks on schedule and ensuring product availability.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipment and replenishment processes, inventory counts, and merchandising procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Create an inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and brand/category education.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty technology.
• Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness and invite excellent guest service.
• Follow loss prevention practices to protect company assets.
• Perform other operational tasks as directed.

Education: High school diploma preferred.

Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Skills: Proficiency with basic technology (e.g., Point‑of‑Sale system, Apple devices); ability to work independently and as part of a team; problem‑solving ability.

Work a flexible schedule that may include early‑morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnight, and holidays.

• Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
• Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
• Lifting, carrying, or moving up to 25 lbs.
• Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects.

Pay range: $17.00 – $24.50 per hour. Pay determined by education, qualifications, experience, shift, location, etc. Eligible for overtime where applicable.
