Role Overview: Our Tank Wash facility in Walnut, CA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator that will assist the Tank Wash Department by handling wash tickets, purchase orders for the depot and other duties as assigned. This position will be housed with the Tank Wash Department.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handling Wash Tickets for the Tank Wash Department.
- Informing the Tank Department of any special needs that may arise.
- Handle PO's for the depot.
- Work closely with the entire team
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.). Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Organizational skills.
