Now we are seeking an Ocean Freight Logistics Coordinator to join us.
This is a standard shift position, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate international ocean shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring each move runs smoothly and efficiently through our advanced digital freight platform. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain shipment visibility, accuracy, and exceptional service.

• Coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery;
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure all milestones are met;
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including B/Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork;
• Track and update shipment statuses in the Skypace platform, ensuring transparency for all parties;
• Work with internal pricing, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues promptly;
• Monitor carrier schedules, transit times, and exceptions to maintain customer satisfaction;
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

• You have 2+ years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics operations;
• You have strong knowledge of carrier schedules, Incoterms, and international documentation;
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• You’re proficient with TMS or digital freight platforms and familiar with EDI tracking tools;
• You communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and team members.
