We are looking for Swim Instructors at Forma Gym. We need someone who can start right away!
Private lessons are scheduled around you and the client’s availability, yet we expect availability for group lessons in the mornings and on weekends. Children 6 months and older, with most between 3‑7 years old, are primarily beginners. The ideal candidate has experience teaching water safety and basic swim to young children and brings an upbeat, happy personality to make lessons fun and safe.
If you are interested in teaching adults as well, there are opportunities for that too.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications- Must have a valid Water Safety and Life Guard certificate
- Must have passion, customer service, and communication skills, and an ability to collaborate in a gym setting
- CPR Certified
- Must have experience teaching children water safety and swim
